      Good work environment. Most people are very knowledgeable in their field. 80-20 WFH-office ratio Good development opportunities

      Cons

      You cannot postpone any days off to the next year. If you work in tech, it can be quite frustrating at times, due to the increased security, and resources not bein available (certain software functionalities are limited, some of the documentation websites are blocked, etc)
