T-Mobile Retail Sales Representative interview questions

Initially stopped in to find out if the location was hiring and dropped off a resume. Checked on the company website and applied. Was then directed to take an assessment and called for an interview about a week after that. A week after the first interview, did a phone interview with another store manager and then waited for the background check to come through. Was offered the job about a week and a half after that. Upon entering the store the first time and subsequent times, was quite comfortable with the atmosphere. Employees were relatively friendly and upon hire, willing to help.
