Interview
It took about a week to get a call back from the local branch I had applied to. Set up an interview the following week and did great at it. If you are getting ready for the first interview, be ready for a slew of STARS format questions. However, despite this I was not able to be given an offer because of other complicated circumstances.

Interview
I applied on the website for several positions. There is a skills/personality assessment that you have to take once, but they don't make you repeat it for each position you apply for. I was contacted a few days later and did a phone interview with a recruiter. I was then invited to an open interview session where I interviewed with a store manager. I interviewed on two different days with two different managers and was not offered a position. I had over 7 years of wireless sales experience and a great rapport with customers. Their loss.

Interview
Everybody was very friendly and casual in the interview process. They were focused on providing for both their future employees and the customers. Work/Life balance was emphasized and the flexibility in scheduling seems good. I attended a "career fair" at a local retail store and there were area managers, including the overall market manager, present to interview the candidates.
