The assessment was not that difficult, the numerical part was not that hard compared to other assessments I have done. My friend got rejected because of the personality test, although scoring 94 procent on the numerical part, so that is very important for them. Then I got trough to the HR interview, which was just a nice conversation about WHY I wanted the position.

Interview
It was an online interview on Microsoft Teams with an HR rep and a member of my respective business division. The interview was scheduled for 45 minutes but ended in 35 minutes where I was asked behavioural and competency based questions by both the reps.
