I applied in 2018 to the Istanbul office. After some online tests there was a two day event including some group interviews. After that an HR interview then interviews with the possible future team managers.

I had chance to interview with more than one team. One of them did a test after a short talk. The others were standard. It was more to getting to know the person and the capabilities, not to stress you.
