I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ING (Istanbul) in Apr 2017
Interview
The process was long but the HR team was very nice and explained the process well. After the online test part, we had a HR meeting which was pretty regular. After I passed the HR interview. There was a hiring event called Practice Camp which helped me made up my mind about what to expect and which department to apply. During the event we also had an group case which was actually fun because they gave us time to work on our own as a group and then come up with a solution. After the event there was a round of group case interviews which were more difficult. Candidates that passed the final interviews got an offer.
Screening process - Online tests - Interview with 2 HR managers - Panel interview depending on their availabilities and time allocated
Process lasted around a month followed by a quick update on the outcome of the interview, within the week
